" Hi, I have a 2 Bed property in Amsterdam, but reside overseas. I put an ad out on a local site and had no serious responses. 2 weeks before my tenants were moving out (and Mortgage due), Klaas called me. On the first point of contact he was totally professional, and absolutely committed to renting my accomodation, as being overseas one never wants a empty property left to pay for. His understanding of the Amsterdam Rental market is second to none. I have used other expat agents for the last 11 years but he was the FIRST and ONLY to vet the potential tenants FOR ME, and offered a complete comprehensive service, what he said he DID, this is an absolute god send for anyone who lives away from there home and need to be secure in the fact that they have chosen the right candidates to reside in their. Klaas also arranged a genius of a cleaner / handy man to come over and in no time had the place tip top. His team is professional, and super efficient. I do not recommend. I ABSOLUTELY insist you give Expatcenter a go as Klass is definitely a Class act. Expatcenter will be used from here on in. Peace of mind and a service specific to your needs is where Expatcenter excels, and where the others faulter. Bravo! "

Na wat mindere ervaringen met ander makelaars, hebben we nu eindelijk de professionele maar ook persoonlijke benadaring die we zochten.
